Welcome to our platform! Below is a user guide to help you navigate and perform various actions effectively.
The product
Kredit Optimisation is a robust solution for facilitating triangulation process. This product enables corporates to net their risk and liquidity positions by automatically identifying triangles weekly, based on submissions provided by counterparts.
Logging In
- Log In: Access the platform by logging in with your credentials.
Navigation Items
Here's a breakdown of the navigation items available on our platform:
- Home: Upon logging in, you'll land on the Home page. This serves as a hub, providing quick access to different sections of the app.
- Submissions: This page allows you to enter your submissions. You can input data manually or through Excel import/export functions.
- Submission List: View all your submissions in a table format. Quickly spot potential opportunities and triangles.
- Opportunities: Access all submissions made by other participants against you. Quickly identify potential opportunities and adjust your submissions accordingly.
- Matches: View all weekly matches identified by the algorithm.
- Deals: Access all matches you've decided to move forward with as a deal. Keep track of your deals.

Settings: Customize your platform experience:
- Notification Recipients: Create recipients for notifications and decide which notifications recipients will receive.
- Broker Preferences: Enter your broker preferences for streamlined operations.
Submissions
- To access the "Submissions" page and enter your submissions, please follow these steps:
- Click on the "Submissions" navigation item. This will direct you to the "Submissions" page where you can input your data.
There are 2 methods available to enter submissions:

1/ Manual Entry on the Platform:
- Choose the appropriate criteria: "pricing", "market", "tenor".
- Click on the "pencil" icon on the cell where you want to input your submission.
- Enter your submission (direction: buy, sell, neutral).
- Click on the "Apply" button to confirm your entry.
- If another participant entered a submission against you, you will see in the "Set submission" modal an "Opportunity" section so that you can adapt your submission if possible.
- 2/ Export/Import Excel Function: 2 options ("Export all" or "Export filtered data"):
- 1/ Export all (if you want to export the entire submissions option):
- Click on the "Export all" button to download the submission template.
- Update the relevant information in the Excel spreadsheet.
- Click on the "Import" button on the platform.
- Drag and drop or browse your updated document.
- Click "Save" to update the submission table with your changes
- 1/ Export all (if you want to export the entire submissions option):

- 2/ Export Filtered Data (if you want to export the submission options for the filtered view of the table only):
- Click on the "Export filtered data" button to download the submission template.
- Update the relevant information in the Excel spreadsheet.
- Click on the "Import" button on the platform.
- Drag and drop or browse your updated document.
- Click "Save" to update the submission table with your changes.
- 2/ Export Filtered Data (if you want to export the submission options for the filtered view of the table only):
Additional Features:
- Flag Opportunities: Cells with "B," "S," or "N" indicate submissions from other participants.
- Green cells indicate opposite directions; red cells indicate the same direction as yours.
- Outdated Submissions: A red icon with an exclamation point in a cell indicates data submitted over a month ago.
- Delete Submissions - 2 options are available at the top right of the "Submissions" page:
- 1/ "Delete All My Submissions": Delete all data submitted on the platform.
- 2/ "Delete Submissions in This Table": Delete data in the filtered table view.
Filtering Options
You'll find filtering options to refine your view:
- Filter by "participant type" (active, passive, exchange).
- Filter by specific participant names in the "participants" field.
Submission List
To access the "Submission List" page and utilize its features, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Submission List" navigation item. This action will redirect you to the "Submission List" page.
- On the "Submission List" page, you'll find a table view displaying all the submissions you have entered on the "Submissions" page.
Filtering Options:
- You can use the available filtering options to refine the data according to your preferences and identify potential triangles.
Export Data:
- To export the data displayed on the "Submission List" page: locate and click on the "Export" button.
- After clicking on the "Export" button, the platform will generate an Excel file containing the data from the submission list.
- This Excel file will include all the information displayed in the table.
Opportunities
To access the "Opportunities" page and leverage its functionalities, adhere to the following steps:
- Click on the "Opportunities" navigation item. This will redirect you to the "Opportunities" page.
- On the "Opportunities" page, you'll encounter a table divided into 2 sections:
- "Submissions against me": Displays submissions made by other participants against you.
- "My submissions": Shows the submissions you've entered for this participant.
Identifying Opportunities
Within the table, you'll come across 3 possible options represented by colored pills:
- 1/ Green pill "success": Indicates that both you and the other participant have entered submissions against each other on the same context (pricing, tenor, market) with opposite directions, creating an opportunity.
- 2/ Red pill "failure": Indicates that both you and the other participant have entered submissions against each other on the same context (pricing, tenor, market) with the same directions, which doesn't create an opportunity.
- 3/ "Create my submission" button: Indicates that a participant has entered a submission against you on the platform, but you haven't entered any on the same context (pricing, tenor, market). Clicking this button will automatically enter an opposite direction on this context, creating a successful opportunity. This submission will also be updated automatically on the "Submissions" page.
Export data:
- Locate and click on the "Export" button.
- After clicking on the "Export" button, the platform will generate an Excel file containing the data from the opportunities list.
- This Excel file will include all the information displayed in the table
Matches
To access the "Matches" page and utilize its features, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Matches" navigation item. This action will redirect you to the "Matches" page.
- On the "Matches" page, you'll find three different tabs: "Open", "Moved to deal", "Dismissed"
If there are no matches, you'll see an empty screen.
When matches are present, you'll see cards with the following information:
- Match ID
- Status pill ("new" or "unchanged")
- Date when the match was identified
- Context of the match (pricing, tenor, market)
- Broker Preferences: Indicates if the deal will involve a broker based on settings.
- Action buttons on each card header:
- "Dismiss": If not interested, click to move the match to the "Dismissed" tab.
- "Move to Deal": If interested, click to proceed to the deal confirmation flow. The match will move to the "Moved to deal" tab.
Additional Actions:
- To see more data related to a match (participants and directions), click on the arrow on the right of each card header.
- Click on "Expand all" to open all cards.
Deal Confirmation:
- When clicking on "Move to Deal" button, a modal will appear.
- On the left of the modal, find a summary of key match information, broker preferences of each participant, and your directions towards the other participants.
- On the right of the modal, enter the following information:
- Unit: Choose notional or volume and enter the value.
- Decide if you want to involve a broker in the deal based on other participants' broker preferences.
- Choose to keep or delete your submissions involved in this deal after execution.

- If you matched on a neutral position, you will see a sentence explaining that by clicking on "save" on the move to deal modeal, your direction will be automatically switched to "Buy" or "Sell" depending on the triangle.

- Click "Confirm" to proceed. The match will then move to the "Moved to deal" tab and at the same time to your "Draft" tab of the "Deals" page. Only you can see this information, other participants as part of this match will not see that this match has been moved to a deal until they click on "Move to deal" on their side for this specific match.
Export data:
- Locate and click on the "Export" button.
- After clicking on the "Export" button, the platform will generate an Excel file containing the data from the matches page.
Note:
- Passive and exchange parties have a default "neutral position" and "flexible" broker setting.
- If you match with a passive counterpart, you'll see 3 lines in the tables instead of 4.
Deals
To access the "Deals" page and utilize its features, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Deals" navigation item. This will redirect you to the "Deals" page.
- On the "Deals" page, you'll find four tabs: "Draft", "Open", "Closed", "Dismissed"
These tabs organize deals based on their current status.
Draft Tab:
- When you click on "move to deal" for a match on the "Matches" page, the match moves to the "Draft" tab. Only you can see this information, other participants as part of this match will not see that this match has been moved to a deal until they click on "Move to deal" on their side for this specific match.
- Indicates your interest in moving forward with the match.
- Mouse over the "awaiting other participant" pill to see who still needs to click.
- The deal will move to the "Open" tab once all participants have clicked on "move to deal."
Open Tab:
Different scenarios are possible:
- Match on "Overall" market:
- If it's a match overall, you'll see a "Specify the Market" action button. The first participant selecting the market will then apply this market for the entire deal for all participants.
- Match with all participants selecting "no" to involve a broker:
- If all participants entered "no" for broker preference, you'll see a "Set Volume Agreed" button and the deal will not be sent to the broker.
- Match with participants selecting "no" or "flexible" to involve a broker:
- If all participants entered "no" or "flexible" for broker preference, you'll see a "Set Volume Agreed" button and the deal will not be sent to the broker.
- Match with participants selecting "yes" to involve a broker:
- If all participants entered "yes" for broker preference, the deal will be automatically sent to the broker.
- Match with participants selecting "yes" or "flexible" to involve a broker:
- If all participants entered "yes" or "flexible" for broker preference, the deal will be automatically sent to the broker.
- If there's a mix of preferences "yes", "flexible" and "no", you'll have the option to "Update Your Broker Preference" to reach an agreement.
- If there is still a mix of preferences, the deal will be sent to the broker, and you'll see a "Sent to Broker" orange pill.
Note: The broker will not be contacting the participants that specified "no" to involve a broker and the purpose of sending it to the broker is to enable the broker to find another participant that could replace the one that specified "no". - You will have a "dismiss" button available. By clicking on this button you confirm that you are not interested in continuing the process for this deal.
Note: all deals including a passive or an exchange will be sent to the broker.
Closed Tab:
- Indicates that all participants agreed on a volume to trade, and the deal has been executed.
- Shows the agreed-upon volume and the date of closure.
Dismissed Tab:
- Shows deals that were dismissed at any stage of the deal confirmation flow.
Deal Details:
- Each deal card includes:
- Deal ID
- Creation date
- Context (pricing, tenor, market)
- Broker involvement status

- Volume agreed (in the Closed tab)
- Date of closure (in the Closed tab)
Deal Confirmation Flow
- If the match has not been sent to the broker, then the users will see a "Set volume agreed" button.
- The first participant to click this button will set the agreed-upon volume.
- Other participants can then request to confirm the volume agreed or propose a new volume until an agreement is reached.
- Once all participants agree on a volume, they can click "Confirm Deal Execution" to move the deal to the Closed tab.
Settings
To access the "Deals" page and utilise its features, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Settings" navigation item. This will redirect you to the "Settings" page.
- On the "Settings" page, you'll find two tabs: "Notifications", "Preferences".
Notifications Tab:
- Click on "Add Recipient" to create a new notification recipient.
- Enter the required information and select the events for which you want to be notified.
- Click on "Create recipient".
- After creating a notification recipient, you'll see a new line added to the table displaying the recipient's information.
- You can edit or delete individual notification recipients.
- Option to edit or delete multiple notification recipients simultaneously by selecting multiple recipients.
Preferences Tab:
- Enter your broker preferences for deal execution.
- This information will be visible to other participants if you match with them and they click on the "Move to Deal" action button during the deal confirmation flow.
