What's coming up

To consolidate our server infrastructure and ensure continued compliance with the SOC2 certification and audits, Komgo will migrate the Konsole Production services from OpenBusiness to AWS Switzerland.

This migration will not have any impact on data privacy nor on sovereignty. Please also note that Komgo does not perform any change of subcontractor.

Komgo already has a positive working relationship with AWS: all Development and QA environments of all products including Konsole are fully managed on AWS without any issue. Furthermore, Komgo successfully operates Trakk, Check, Market and the white-label trade finance portal (Konsole mono-bank version) on AWS infrastructure.

When this will happen

• May 15th  (Monday) for UAT environment
• May 20^th (Saturday) for PRODUCTION environment

What you need to prepare

For IT Contacts only

The below change is only required IF your company enforces web browsing restrictions by IP addresses.

Before May 20th, make sure to add the below IP addresses to your whitelisting:

• 52.19.7.10
• 54.74.39.67

These IPs are bind to the below domains:

Production

• egtsa.com
• komgo.io 

Non- Production

• komgo-sit.net
