When editing a transaction, scroll to the Attachments section at the bottom of the page.
Click Upload Attachment
A new row will appear, with text boxes to fill in your information. Click on the Upload Attachment button again to create more rows - one for each file.
For each row, set the following:
- Your Name / Company: These two boxes will be automatically filled in with your name and company
- Description: (mandatory) In this box, enter a description of the attachment
- Internal Use/External Use: This setting will determine if the attachment will be visible to those outside your corporate. To send the attachment with the application, choose External Use.
- File: Click on the Choose File button to choose which file to upload
- Delete: If you've decided to attach the file, click Delete to remove that row. (If you'd like to remove all attachments, click Delete All)
Click Save.
Attachments will appear at the bottom of the page.
