- Go to Menu > Guarantee List
- Click on the guarantee
- Click Create Extend-or-Pay
- Click on the calendar icon beside Claim or Request Date (31C) to pick the claim or request date.
- Click on the calendar icon beside Latest Date for Reply (31T) to pick the date you'd like a response by
- Click Save
- At this point, the request is in In Process status. If you'd like to edit any details, click Edit. When you're ready to send the request, click Inform Client.
- The status will change to Informed. After the corporate has responded, the status will change to Replied. If they have chosen to extend the guarantee, click on the Create Amendment button
- Click on the calendar icon beside Issue Date to pick an issue date for the amendment
- Click Save
- Click Back to Amendment
- Click Set to Issued
