- Go to Menu > Guarantee List
- Click on the guarantee
- Click Create Reduction
- Beside Amount Reduced or Released (33B), set the amount you'd like to reduce the guarantee by
- Set Reason for Reduction/Release (12F) to the reason for the reduction
- Click Save
- At this point, the request is in In Process status. If you'd like to edit any details, click Edit. When you're ready to issue the reduction, click Issue
- A pop-up window will open asking you to enter a Reduction Issue Date. Click on the calendar icon to pick the issue date, then click Save
