- Go to Menu > Guarantee List
- Click on the guarantee
- Click Create Claim
- Click on the calendar icon beside Claim or Request Date (31C) to pick the claim or request date.
- Beside Amount Claimed (34D), set the amount you'd like to claim
- Click Save
- At this point, the request is in In Process status. If you'd like to edit any details, click Edit.
- When you're ready to send the request, click Inform Client.
