Note: When closing a guarantee, the amount will not change. If you'd like to set the amount to zero, create a reduction before closing the guarantee. For instructions, see How to create a reduction
- Go to Menu > Guarantee List
- Click on the guarantee
- Click Close
- A pop-up window will appear, asking you to set a release date. Click on the calendar icon next to Release Date, then pick a release date.
- Click Save
The status of the guarantee will change to Closed.
To re-open a guarantee, click Reset to Issued
