- Open the Profile menu and choose User Details
- Click Edit Details, then click OK
- Edit your user details
- Enter your password
- Click Save
NOTE: Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory; they cannot be left empty.
- E-mail and User ID cannot be edited
- First name: Your first name
- Last name: Your last name
- Primary Authentication Provider: This determines how you log into the system. It can only be edited by a user administrator.
- Mobile Phone: your mobile phone number
- User Company: This displays the name of the company you are registered to.
- User Status in Company: This is a status indicator for administrators to determine if your profile is active, suspended, locked out, or new.
- Office Phone: The phone number where people can reach you at the office
- Fax: Your office fax number
- Title: Your position in the company
- Department/Entity Filter: Your department within your company
- Access Right: This will display the permission set you have been assigned for the GTK system. The roles included here determine what items you are able see and what permissions you have. Your access right can only be edited by a user administrator.
- Approval Level: If additional levels of approval have been created by your administrator, they will appear here.
- System(s): Highlighted items in this area are the GTK systems you have access to. In this case, you should at least have access to the Guarantee Issuance system.
- System Language: If you prefer to read GTK in a different language, pick your preferred language in this drop-down list.
- Time Zone: By default, the time zone for each item you see will use the server time zone. If you'd like dates and times to display in your time zone, use this setting to set your time zone.
- Other settings can be left alone
How to change your password
- Open the Profile menu and choose User Details
- Click Change Password
- In the three fields, enter your current password, followed by your new password in both the remaining fields. Above the fields you will see a list of requirements. The system will check if your new password meets the requirements and display a green checkmark beside each requirement that is met. You will not be able to save your new password until all requirements are green.
- Click Save
NOTES:
- After 90 days, the next time you log in, you will be prompted to set a new password.
- To prevent you from re-using previous passwords, the system restricts you from using any of your last 6 passwords.
