Applicable Rules Details Field Validation - GMK-14011
Issue Fixed: Validation on the "Applicable Rules Details" field when Applicable Rules (40C) = OTHER. This field is now optional, as per SWIFT rules and can be left empty. 

GTR - Missing Alarms Based on Expected Expiry Date - GMK-13422
Issue Fixed: Transactional and Default Alarms were not triggered in the GTR module when using Expected Expiry Date as a condition.

Incorrect Fee Recalculation on Guarantee Level - GMK-13652
Issue Fixed: The "Recalculate Estimated Fees" button didn’t update Issuance and Local Guarantor fees.
