LCI Drawing Alarm Not Triggered for Bank-Initiated Transactions - GMK-14269

Issue Fixed: The system now triggers the configured alarm for LCI Drawing transactions when the specified condition (e.g., Paid) is met, regardless of whether the drawing was initiated by the bank or another party.

LCI Optional Fields (44C/44D, 43P, 43T) Incorrectly Set as Mandatory - GMK-14324

Issue Fixed: Fields 44C/44D, 43P, and 43T in LCI transactions have been updated from mandatory to optional to align with SWIFT specifications.
