Add GI Releaser for banks on GTI (4-eyes Closure) – GMK-16026
Issue fixed = A new GI Releaser (Own) access right has been introduced for GTI, based on the existing GR Releaser (Own) role. This enables one bank user to set a guarantee to Ready to Close, while requiring a second user to complete the Close action, ensuring compliance with the 4-eyes workflow.
Prevent Sending Blank Reports by Email – GMK-15796
Issue fixed = Reports generated without data will no longer be sent by email.
Restricted Deletion of Bank-Entered Fees – GMK-15694
Issue fixed = Fees entered by bank users through the web portal can now only be deleted by bank users. Previously, corporate users were able to delete these fees, creating discrepancies as the fee record remained on the bank side. This patch restores the prior v6 behavior and ensures fee records stay synchronized between bank and corporate users.
