New Features
SWIFT 2026
Address Compliance Reporting for SWIFT 2026 (GMK-16217) [GTI]
Two new SWIFT 2026 report templates are now available in the Report Templates list to help users prepare for the structured address format requirement. One template surfaces address book entries that do not yet match the new structure, and a second surfaces existing guarantees where the automatic conversion confidence was too low to apply automatically. Users generate the reports from the existing Report Templates screen, then apply corrections via Data Transfer.
Reporting
Historical Reporting LCI (GMK-16117) [LCI]
LCI users can now generate accurate portfolio snapshots for historical dates, with full coverage of historical transactions and FX rates. Reports reflect instrument state by effective date rather than entry date, so backdated amendments and late entries are correctly included in past period snapshots. A new As Of Date filter and Report Currency filter let users retrieve the LCI portfolio state for past dates in any configured currency, accessed via a new Analytics option under Reporting in the menu. Field change history is now captured for LCI fields, ensuring historical reports accurately reflect every amendment.
QForm
Configurable Guarantee Amendment QForm (GMK-16118) [QForm]
QForm now supports guarantee amendments end to end, allowing applicants to initiate, view, and submit amendments without leaving the QForm flow. Users can configure the amendment form through the existing Field Configurator, controlling field visibility, mandatory status, multilingual labels, and help text per user type. Existing amendments are visible to all qform users.
Credit Line Selection on QForm (GMK-16450) [QForm]
Applicants can now select a credit line directly from the QForm when submitting a guarantee request. The selection feeds into the application, removing the need to capture credit line information separately after submission and streamlining the request flow.
QForm Document Folder Visibility (GMK-16124) [QForm]
QForm users can now see the full Document Folder, this includes documents added by users after submission, and can upload additional documents directly from QForm into the shared folder. A new toggle under QForm Settings controls whether the Documents tab is visible to non registered users, defaulting to visible.
GTK Konsole Connectivity
Digital Delivery for Konsole Channel (GMK-16116) [GTI]
GTI guarantees issued through the Konsole channel can now be delivered digitally to the beneficiary. Selecting Digital Delivery as the Method of Delivery routes the guarantee straight to the beneficiary after issuance via Konsole, removing the need for paper, courier, or email delivery and accelerating issuance. The beneficiary receives a digital copy of the guarantee and can access up to date information about the instrument through Konsole. The Konsole channel captures Beneficiary Email and Beneficiary External ID to drive digital routing, with both fields auto populating from the address book where values exist.
Block Issued Status for Scheduled Reductions and Amendments via Connectivity (GMK-16115) [GTI, GTR]
The Create to Status dropdown on Scheduled Reductions and Scheduled Amendments no longer allows Issued for GTI or Operable for GTR when the channel is Konsole. The field now defaults to a Please Select prompt, resets on any channel change, and validates on submit at both form level and field level, with the same restrictions enforced via the data transfer interface. This ensures the connectivity layer always receives the transaction at the correct status.
AI Autofill
AI Autofill for GTI (GMK-16435) [GTI]
AI Autofill is now available on GTI, allowing applicants with the new GI Creator Autofill role to populate guarantee application fields automatically from an uploaded PDF or pasted text. The autofill extracts applicant and beneficiary details, instrument type, currency and amount, issue and expiry dates, validity type, applicable rules, governing law, confirmation instructions, and other key fields, presenting them in edit mode for review before submission. The capability is enabled per company via a new System Configuration toggle.
AI Autofill Field Highlighting (GMK-15443) [GTI, LCE, GTR]
Fields populated or modified by AI Autofill on GTI, LCE, and GTR transactions are now visually highlighted at the point the autofill completes. Blue highlight indicates a value applied directly from the source document, yellow highlight indicates a value the system has overwritten and exposes both the old value and a revert button. Highlights persist until the user saves the transaction and apply consistently across text fields, dropdowns, date fields, and numeric fields.
AI Autofill File Format Support (GMK-16668) [GTI, GTR, LCE]
AI Autofill now accepts PDF, DOCX, and TXT files across all GTK autofill entry points. Applicants no longer need to convert source documents to PDF before initiating autofill, which removes a manual step when working from existing application drafts or correspondence. The unsupported format error message has been updated to reflect the broader file type coverage.
Workflows
Guarantee Amount as Approval Condition for Extend or Pay (GMK-16530) [GTI, GTR]
Workflow Approval Module (WAM) rules for Extend or Pay claims can now be configured against the full guarantee amount, alongside the existing claim amount condition. Two new condition fields, (GTI) Guarantee Amount and (GTR) Guarantee Amount, appear in the rule builder under the Claim transaction type and support greater than, less than, and between operators. Approval routing now reflects full guarantee exposure rather than just the claimed value.
Future Dated Reduction Issue Date in GTI (GMK-14451) [GTI]
The Issue Date on a GTI Reduction child transaction now accepts a future date, mirroring the behaviour already available on amendments. Fee accrual, commission, and recurring fee base amounts adjust only from the effective Reduction Issue Date, removing the timing workarounds that previously required users to delay system processing. Inbound and outbound connectivity messages on the Konsole channel handle future dated reductions cleanly.
Address Book Beneficiary Selection in LCE (GMK-16121) [LCE]
LCE transactions now offer the dual beneficiary lookup pattern already available in GTR. The Menu icon on the Beneficiary Office Name field opens the Address Book, a new Select Beneficiary button under the Beneficiary block opens the Company list, and non registered parties selected from the Address Book can be saved without a registered Quick Code. Both pickers replace the full Beneficiary set in one save, so switching between sources overwrites cleanly.
Signature Image Variables for Guarantee Document Templates (GMK-16119) [GTI]
Guarantee document templates can now embed signature images via a new template variable that resolves automatically at document generation time. Signature images are stored in the client's designated server directory and resolved using the user's full company and user identifier, covering both Head Office (HO) user and unit user configurations. Komgo staff handle signature image uploads through the existing support ticket process; no self service upload path is exposed.
Access Control and Roles
API Message Viewer and Admin Roles (GMK-15445) [Common Components]
Two new roles, API Viewer and API Admin, separate API message visibility from reprocessing rights, which were previously bundled into the Ancillary Viewer and Message Box Admin roles. API Viewer grants access to the API Messages tab on the dashboard, the new API Messages list page, and the new API Messages menu shortcut. API Admin grants access to the Re Process action on failed API messages. Existing access rights with the prior bundled roles are migrated automatically into the new role assignments, and the change applies across GTI, GTR, LCE, LCI, DCE, DCI, and CMS.
GI Ready to Close (Issued) Role (GMK-15454) [GTI]
A new role, GI Ready to Close (Issued), allows authorized users to move a guarantee from Issued to Ready to Close and to update the Release Date once the transaction is in Ready to Close. The role does not grant access to the final Close action, enforcing a clean segregation of duties for credit governance workflows that require director sign off on closure. Release Date updates produce a new activity log entry.
GTR Non SWIFT Editor Roles (GMK-16448) [GTR]
Two new Role Based Access Control (RBAC) roles, GR Non SWIFT Editor and GR Non SWIFT Editor (Allocated), are now available for GTR. Authorized users can update the seven Quick Code fields on received guarantee transactions via a new Update Non SWIFT button on the View Guarantee Transaction screen, without access to SWIFT fields or broader edit permissions. Saving Quick Code changes through this flow produces a new entry in the transaction activity log, consistent with the equivalent LCE behaviour.
Configurable Obligor Type Filter for GTI Unit Visibility (GMK-15450) [GTI]
A new (GTI) Obligor Type field under the Field Configurator, in the Common Component system and the Drop Down Options component, lets administrators control which Obligor Type values are available in the Select Unit popup. Options are All, Parent Org, and Sub Units, all selected by default to preserve current behaviour. Restricting the options prevents users from selecting organizational units outside their functional scope when applying for or requesting guarantees.
Credit Lines
Local Facility Classification for Workflow and Access Control (GMK-15447) [GTI, LCI]
A new Local Facility checkbox on the Credit Facility lets users mark facilities as Local rather than Global, defaulting to No. Three new roles, Credit Facility Viewer (Local), Credit Facility Admin (Local), and Credit Line Selector (Local), restrict facility visibility, creation, and selection to Local facilities only for the relevant obligor. WAM rule conditions, reporting fields across five report types, and a new Local Facility alarm variable and condition for GTI and LCI complete the model, giving operations teams region specific governance, approval workflows, and reporting.
UI and Usability
New UI for DCE (GMK-14760) [DCE]
The Documentary Collections Export (DCE) module has been migrated to the New UI standard, covering transaction screens, template management, collection profiles, payment information, bank acceptance, bank presentation, document templates, alarm popups, and invoice data. The refresh brings DCE in line with the rest of the platform on layout, typography, and component behaviour without changes to core collection workflows.
New UI for Common Components (GMK-13234, GMK-15444) [Common Components]
Foundational UI components shared across the platform have been updated to the New UI standard. The change brings consistency across the affected screens, including a new common header fragment for non transaction summary pages that removes the need to manually add action buttons per page.
Mandatory Fields Only Toggle for GTI Transactions (GMK-16113) [GTI]
A new "Mandatory Fields Only" toggle on GTI transaction view and input pages filters the form down to mandatory fields only, hiding optional fields, their labels, and any section headers whose fields are all optional. The toggle state persists between sessions, so users who enable it once retain the cleaner view on subsequent visits. Field values, validation, and submission are unaffected.
Issuance Confirmation Visibility for Approvers (GMK-16122) [GTI]
Approver users can now review Issuance Confirmation details directly from the transaction header when the status is Status Change Requested, via a Show More section expanded by default. The expanded view reveals the Undertaking Number and the Issue Date or Amendment Issue Date, giving approvers the context they need before clicking Approve or Decline. Applies to both GTI and Amendment transactions.
Enhancements
Alarms and Notifications
Local Expiry Alarm Variable and Condition (GMK-16425) [GTI]
Local Guarantee Expiry Date (31E) is now available as both a selectable Field Condition and a usable variable in GTI alarm configuration. Operations users monitoring indirect guarantees can configure alarms directly against the local expiry date and include it in alarm notifications, rather than relying solely on the transaction expiry date or external tracking. The new field and variable appear only for GTI instrument types.
WAM Validation Groups in Workflow Notifications (GMK-16426) [GTI]
GTI Approval alarm and email templates can now surface the list of validation groups required for the next workflow step via a new optional variable usable in the Email Subject and Email Body. Multi role users receiving a workflow notification see exactly which profile they need to act with, reducing login trial and error on time sensitive transactions. When no WAM applies at runtime, the variable renders blank.
Beneficiary and Instrument Type Columns on Alarm and Task Lists (GMK-16123) [GTI]
The Master Home Page Alarms and Tasks section, the Permanent Transaction Alarms page, and the Tasks page now show Beneficiary and Instrument Type columns. Users triaging alarms and tasks can identify the underlying transaction without opening each record individually. Beneficiary is sourced from the Beneficiary (59) field on the GTI transaction and Instrument Type from the associated transaction type, applying to both main and child transactions.
Attachments and Documents
Enhanced Drag and Drop Attachment Experience (GMK-16112) [GTI, GTR, LCE, LCI]
The drag and drop attachment area is now applied prominently across GTI, GTR, LCE, LCI, and the standalone Documents and Attachments component. Users can drop multiple files in a single action without scrolling to a separate upload section or clicking through additional steps. Applies to the New UI only.
Attachment Description Auto Population (GMK-16263) [Common Components]
When an attachment is uploaded with the description field left blank, the description is now populated automatically with the file name at the point of save. The field remains mandatory, but the manual entry step is removed in cases where the file name already conveys the necessary context. Each blank description in a multi attachment upload is populated independently with its own file name.
GTK Webportal Attachment Default Visibility (GMK-16743) [GTI, GTR, LCE, LCI]
Attachments uploaded by bank users on the GTK Webportal now default to External Use visibility instead of Internal Use. The counterparty side of the transaction sees the attachment immediately without the uploader having to change the visibility setting manually. Existing attachments already marked Internal Use are unaffected, and the visibility can still be changed manually before or after upload.
Workflows
Category Selection When Copying Transactions (GMK-16120) [GTI]
The GTI copy configurator now exposes Category as a selectable and enforceable attribute for both the main application and the QForm copy flow. When enabled, the Category from the source transaction is applied immediately on copy, before any details become visible to other users, preserving division level segregation for clients operating multiple lines of business under one legal entity. Disabled by default.
Configurable Project Type Dropdown for GTI, GTR, and CMS (GMK-15449) [GTI, GTR, CMS, QForm]
The Project Type field in the Internal Information section is now client configurable across GTI, GTR, CMS, and QForm, surfaced via the Field Configurator under Drop Down Fields (Main Application) and Drop Down Fields (QForm). Administrators can add, edit, or remove Project Type values from the Custom Drop Down Configurator, with the Field Configurator Edit screen loading all existing configured values for each system. Existing values are preserved on migration and the standard empty and duplicate validation rules apply.
LCE Drafts at Field Character Set Update (GMK-16855) [LCE]
The Drafts at... (42C) field in LCE now validates against the Z character set, in line with the LCI equivalent. Z is a superset of X, so previously valid input continues to save cleanly while the broader character set is now accepted on entry. Characters outside Z are rejected with the standard validation message.
FX Rate Input Limit Raised (GMK-16797) [Administration]
The Edit Exchange Rates screen now accepts up to 9 digits before the decimal point, with the decimal cap unchanged at 8. High denomination currency rates, for example EUR to IRR at 1,520,000, now save without manual workarounds. The new limit applies on both the UI and the data transfer interface, and the error message has been updated to reflect the 9 and 8 caps.
Contact Telephone Non Mandatory on New Company Creation (GMK-15687) [Administration]
The Contact Telephone field on the New Company creation form is no longer mandatory, removing a blocker for onboarding companies whose telephone information is not available at registration time.
MST Time Zone Added to User Setup (GMK-16108) [Administration]
The Mountain Standard Time (MST, UTC minus 7) entry is now available in the Time Zone dropdown on Edit User Details. Daylight Saving Time schedules across all supported time zones are aligned for the next three years.
Reporting
Export LC Amendment Amount Changes (GMK-15448) [LCE]
Two new reporting fields, (AMD) Increase Amount By (32B) and (AMD) Decrease Amount By (33B), have been added to the Export LC Transactions report type. Populated from the corresponding fields on the LC Amendment screen, they expose amendment level amount changes so users can track increases and decreases against an LC across its lifecycle. The fields are populated only on amendment records where the values are present.
UI and Usability
Embedded Analytics Widget UX Improvements (GMK-14154) [GTI]
The MageMetrics conversational analytics widget is now smaller, collapsible, movable between the four screen corners, and consistent with the platform design system on typography, border radius, and contrast. The widget no longer renders inside pop ups, removing layout breakage on constrained screens. The change makes the widget feel lightweight and optional rather than intrusive while preserving full functionality.
Updated Help Portal and Guides Link (GMK-16748) [Common Components]
The Guides option in the help menu now opens the Corporate User Guide on the Komgo support site in a new browser tab, replacing the previous popup window.
