GTK Assistant
GTK 2.0 introduces the GTK Assistant: an AI that answers trade finance questions directly from a user's own live transaction data, the platform's curated knowledge base, and any external systems connected via MCP plugins.
From a simple contact lookup to a full cross-portfolio analysis, the Assistant delivers answers in seconds, under each user's existing permissions, with a complete audit trail. Every answer traces back to the exact transaction or source it drew from.
Private by design, the GTK Assistant complied wit the AI Act - the prompts are never retained by the model provider and never used to train models.
The GTK Assistant will be made available with a pre-defined usage limit.
Early access to SWIFT SR2026: Structured Address Format (activation in Q1 2027)
Komgo is transitioning GTK to structured address formats. The way counterparty Name & Address information is transmitted is changing to comply with the ISO 20022 standard. This is a mandatory, market-wide SWIFT requirement that will only take effect in Q1 2027 (dates yet to be confirmed).
GTK2.0 allows Client to prepare ahead of time for this upgrade. Several things can be verified and updated if need be beforehand:

GTK/Market Strengthened Integration
GTK 2.0 significantly deepens the connection with Komgo Market.
Users can now bid on Guarantee Issuance (GTI), Guarantee Received (GTR), and Export Documentary Credit (LCE) instruments directly from the Market platform, completing the end-to-end bid flow for all three instrument types.
In LCE, selecting an accepted Market quote automatically creates a new LC in manual mode, pre-populated with the key commercial terms from the quote, removing the need to re-enter data. After a quote is accepted, the winning bank and issuing bank are displayed in GTK, and the Confirming Bank field is filled automatically where applicable. The Tenor field from the quote is now also visible in the GTK Market RFQ details view.
A new "Open in Market" button lets users navigate directly from any GTK instrument to the corresponding Komgo Market record in a new tab (GTI, LCE).
UX Enhancements
Everyday work in GTK 2.0 simply feels better. Tasks and alarms are now fully reusable, ready in seconds from an existing one. A refreshed module design gives every instrument type its own colour identity for instant orientation. And the report builder gives live feedback as you build your selection.
Security and Infrastructure
Security and platform modernity step up in GTK 2.0. Microsoft Graph API joins SMTP as an enterprise-grade email transport, configured per head office and with SMTP as automatic fallback. Attachment scanning is now consolidated on AttachmentAV, our cloud-native antivirus layer. And the front end has moved to the latest Angular and Nx generation, so GTK stays on a modern, fully supported technology base, with no change to the user experience.
