Local Guarantor Fields Linked from Q-form to Full Form (GMK-11680)

When selecting a Local Guarantor from the Address Book in Q-form, all relevant fields (BIC, Quick Code, Country) will now be correctly linked and transferred to the full form.

Retention of Adjusted Multi-party Amounts in Guarantee Issuance (GMK-11489)

The adjusted multi-party amounts in the "View Multi-Party Details" popup will now remain visible even when the amendment/reduction status is changed.
