System now ensures that documents uploaded via the Q-form File Upload option are added only once to the Documents folder, preventing duplicate entries after transaction creation.

System now defaults null values of the "Stop Commission if Expiry" field to 'N', ensuring estimated fees continue to be calculated beyond the expiry date when the checkbox is set to No. All future entries will store 'N' explicitly instead of null.

Commission Matrix Sections Now Visible on View Screen (GMK-11754)

Commission matrix sections now display correctly on the first view screen, even for newly created credit lines or lines where the matrix has not been previously edited. Users no longer need to enter edit mode to trigger visibility.
