Konsole channel not well populated during Q-Form creation. (GMK-10605)

When a guarantee was created via a Q-Form and if the Credit Line had "Konsole" set as the default channel in the address book, the Konsole channel options were not properly populated.

This issue has now been resolved and the default channel settings are correctly populated based on the existing address book configuration.

Demand Indicator not populated during Q-Form creation. (GMK-12791)

When a guarantee is created via a Q-Form, the Demand Indicator field remains null, instead of selecting the value configured by default.

This issue has now been resolved and the default value is correctly populated based on the current configuration.
